A RELOCATION company is launching a bid to raise money for charity.
Hampshire-based HCR is looking to raise funds for The Prince’s Trust by coming up with a new book called the Hampshire Cookbook.
The project is part of the charity’s Million Makers campaign, a national competition calling on employees to come together and raise £1m to help make a difference to the lives of young and disadvantaged people.
Simon Hood, head of marketing who is leading the bid said: ‘Entrepreneurial teams from across the UK create and promote their own ideas, then compete for seed funding from The Prince’s Trust.
‘We then have to turn the funding into a profitable enterprise and feed those profits back into the trust.
‘We’re delighted that our Hampshire Cookbook passed muster through the selection process.’
