Council puts village store out to tender
A VILLAGE store listed as an asset of community value is being sold by its landowner.
Lower Upham Stores, in Winchester Road, Lower Upham is listed by Winchester City Council.
As such, the following community interest groups can submit an expression of interest; a parish council, charity, a community interest company, a company limited by guarantee, or an industrial and provident society. This would give them six months to put a bid forward.
Expressions of interest must be received by March 23.
