Russell said: ‘Our job is to find the right thing for you. Rather than just sell you things we want to find the right treatment that works for you.

‘It’s not about being tethered to a therapist it’s about coming up with the solution to whatever you are dealing with.

‘What’s really nice about this is that my wife and I will work together.’

The pair decided to offer different types of healing methods at different prices so there was variety for everyone.

Russell said: ‘The mind is an amazing thing really, it manages all our pain.

‘It is amazing to be able to empower people to be better versions of themselves.’

He is writing a book about how to deal with burnout in a corporate world and also has a podcast where he talks about this.

It is open from 10am until 4pm daily and counselling and hypnotherapy is priced at around £70 per session.
