Course quick out of the gates

A RACECOURSE is celebrating a stellar start to the 2019 racing calendar after more than 10,000 visitors helped to kick-start the season in style.

Goodwood Racecourse in Chichester had thousands of visitors attend the first races of the season at the weekend, including the Double Trigger Handicap Stakes and the Unibet Handicap Stakes.

The news comes after a major overhaul of the Goodwood facilities, including new undercover betting facilities and coffee outlets.
