Cuts to opening hours of recycling centres in West Sussex
OPENING hours will be reduced at some recycling centres following a cost-cutting review.
West Sussex County Council is changing the daily opening hours at all sites to 10am to 7pm five days a week in summer and 10am to 5pm in winter.
The tip at Bognor will be closed Thursdays and Fridays and Midhurst will close on Monday and Tuesdays.
The recycling centre at Chichester will have no change to its opening hours. Charges will be introduced for non-household waste.
