Kayleigh Golding specialises in technology and is teaching countless customers how to preset radios, set up satnavs and integrate iPods at Hendy Honda Portsmouth

Her role has proved so popular that the company has also created an in-store product genius position at its Southampton base.

Hendy Honda Group franchise manager Ian Bennett said: ‘Our customers love having someone to take the time to explain everything fully to them.

‘They know they can drop in at any time to the dealership with any questions they have without feeling silly or an inconvenience.
