A mix of offices and light industrial space at Unit B2 was acquired by Internal Environments (Southern), providers of air conditioning and ventilation for the retail, commercial and industrial clients.

The offices and small warehouse facility at Unit D3 were taken on a short-term lease by specialist trainer Robert Peel International.

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell director Tom Holloway said: ‘We are continuing to see a reduction in quality industrial and office locations on the south coast and these three deals had numerous interested parties.’

McWilliam Technology director, Tom McWilliam, added: ‘As we were already based in Segensworth, it made perfect sense to acquire a unit on the business park rather than move off site.’
