Director is shortlisted in recruitment awards list

Jodie Rafferty, MD of Rafferty Resourcing, is up for a Best Candidate Experience accolade at the 2017 IRP Awards taking place in December.

Now in its ninth year, the ceremony is the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

In 2013, Jodie won ‘Best Client and Best Experience’ at the awards which inspired her to open her own consultancy in 2015.

Jodie said: ‘We have been trading for just over 12 months now and I can’t believe that we have been shortlisted alongside some of the biggest businesses in the UK – it is truly overwhelming.’

REC chief executive Kevin Green said: ‘We’ve been hugely impressed by the quality of entries this year.

‘Our members change lives and help businesses succeed, and the IRP Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the positive impact our industry makes. ‘

The winners will be announced at the London event on December 6.
