ONE of the county’s newest breweries is having to expand its production after unprecedented demand.

The Upham Brewery has seen its sales grow by 200 per cent over the summer, and has had to double production of its new festive ale, Winters T’Ale.

The brewery only opened in April but already has its ales stocked in 250 outlets across the south and hopes to employ 500 people during the next two years.
