Chief executive Andy Watson said: '˜Like all sizeable employers, a proportion of our staff will experience mental health issues.

'˜We want to create an open and trusted environment, so that staff can feel comfortable about communicating with us about their mental health; and be confident that such a dialogue will continue with empathy and understanding, leading to appropriate help and support.'

Ageas joins more than 450 organisations that have signed up to the Time to Change pledge including British Gas and Transport for London.
