A GLOBAL supplier of electrical products has moved into a large warehouse in Chichester.

WF Senate is part of the Rexel group, which operates in 37 countries with a network of 2,100 branches and more than 28,000 employees.

The firm has moved into Unit 2, Terminus Road, into an industrial trade counter building which fronts on to the trading estate.

The unit was comprehensively refurbished, having been unoccupied for some time.

WF Senate is expanding with the move, having previously been based in a smaller building on Leigh Road, just around the corner from the new, 5,567sq ft building.

The deal was brokered by Lambert Smith Hampton, acting on behalf of Seaward Properties ltd.

Andrew Farrer, surveyor in LSH’s South Coast Agency team, said: ‘Seaward Properties was able to capitalise on the lack of roadside stock off Terminus Road, and following a comprehensive refurbishment programme was able to resurrect the life of a dated secondary facility into a functional, prominent, trade counter unit.

‘This consequently attracted the attention of national trade operators, including Rexel UK Ltd.’

Rexel UK Ltd was represented by Warrington Scarlett Surveyors.
