Claire said: ‘I worked as a recruitment co-ordinator before having my children and when they were old enough I decided to return to work and joined Wild Recruitment, which I knew previously as a great agency.

‘I recruit temporary workers to office-based roles, including customer service and sales positions.

‘There is real scope to grow the team and the fact I’m looking for clients and candidates reflects well on the local economy.’

Wild Recruitment has branches in London, Milton Keynes and Poole, and is part of the national Berry Recruitment Group (BRG).

It was co-founded in 2001 by Michelle Stewart who now sits on the board of BRG.

She said: ‘With our growing number of staff we required a new level of leadership and Claire was an obvious choice.’
