AFTER 10 years in the same building, Portsmouth-based Elite Care Services has moved to new premises because of expansion.

Elite Care Services was founded in 2000 by Carol Morris and had a 168sq ft office at the Portsmouth City Council-owned Victory Business Centre.

Managing director Kalvin Morris said: ‘We started our business 10 years ago from home and after two months moved into Victory Business Centre. The centre has given us a great deal of flexible accommodation and as the business grew we were able to move into larger offices.

‘The location helped us recruit people. It’s an excellent community which helps new businesses mature.’

ECS has moved to Clarendon Road, Southsea.

The council is calling on new businesses and start-ups to get in touch and have a base at any of its three centres. Email enterprisecentres@portsmouthcc.gov.uk
