‘We would like to thank all of the businesses who have donated prizes for the raffle so far.’

Lesley Clayton, community fundraiser at The Rowans Hospice, said: ‘We are extremely grateful to Oasis Dental Care for supporting The Rowans Hospice through their fundraising activities and open days.

‘The money raised will help provide vital care and support for people affected by life-limiting illnesses in the area.’

Alison Speak, director of HR at Oasis, added: ‘70 per cent of the world’s population do not have access to a dentist. This is something we take for granted in the UK.

‘Bridge2Aid helps provide training for rural-based health workers in developing countries, giving them the equipment, skills and resources they need to provide emergency dental care.

‘This is a cause close to Oasis’s heart, so we plan to raise as much money as possible to donate to Bridge2Aid and also, to help smaller charities at a local level.’
