Fareham woman becomes vice president of worldwide engineering society

A FAREHAM woman has become vice president of a renowned worldwide engineering society.

Virginia Hodge, who has been working at Nats for the last 10 years as a senior safety project manager was announced yesterday to have been chosen as vice president of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) alongside fellow vice president Andy Bevington.

The duo will work under Professor Jeremy Watson, who is currently professor of engineering systems at University College London.
