The 27-year-old, from Bedhampton, has set up a fashion boutique in the High Street that will not only sell clothes and accessories, but give women the chance to be pampered too.

Round In Circles Boutique will feature a range of fashion clothing and jewellery – and it will have a sunbed room, nail bar and beauty room so customers can get a whole new look.

The store opened on Saturday, March 4 and Leah said she was delighted to see so many people come to check out the boutique.

She said: ‘Business is going really well, much better than I expected. The opening day was so successful I had to order more stock.’

Leah prides herself on the affordability and quality of her items.

‘It’s all very affordable. Jewellery starts at £3 and is handmade. The tops are between £14 and £20, and you can get a complete outfit for £50, so they’re very good prices,’ she said.

The shop was previously a tax office, and it needed to undergo a major renovation before the boutique could open. This was work that pushed Leah to the last minute.

‘I got the keys on January 10 and we only finished renovating the night before we opened,’ she said.

Despite never having run a business before, Leah feels confident she can make Round In Circles a success, thanks to her experience in the retail industry, having worked in Tommy Hilfiger and River Island.

She said: ‘I’ve worked in retail since I left school so I knew I could do it. I’ve received lots of good feedback so far. The building is rented for five years, so I’m hoping that in five years time I’ll have a bigger shop, or maybe even two.’

A make-up artist will be joining the store on March 21.
