Female business leaders in the Solent area invited to event on performing under pressure

The event will explore lessons female leaders can learn from the sporting community, practical tools to manage pressure and stress and steps employers can take to ensure wellbeing. 

The keynote speakers will be: Zoe Saynor, Harlequins rugby player and lecturer at the University of Portsmouth, Aduke Onafowokan, founder of The Sister Sister Network and director of Thrive Consulting and Thrive Properties International, and Kath Shimmin, partner in the banking and finance team at Blake Morgan.

Kath said: ‘Achieving the right work-life balance as a woman in business can be a challenge, but it’s not impossible.  That’s why we’re bringing together some of the most influential and inspiring female leaders on the south coast to share their experiences on maintaining a good balance while performing under pressure. 

‘We’re delighted to have Zoe and Aduke speaking at the event and look forward to hearing how they’ve achieved success in the worlds of sport and property.’ 

The event will take place on May 29 from 6pm at the Blake Morgan Offices, in New Kings Court, Chandler's Ford.
