A LEADING law firm has promoted 27 of its workers.

Blake Morgan said it shows the firm, which made the promotions in Portsmouth and Southampton, is committed to developing people.

Alison Westbrook and Anna Larbi were made legal directors. Beth Bowers and Soul Kayouche take on jobs as senior paralegals.

Molly Siggs and Elizabeth Cooke-Smith have both been promoted to senior solicitor.

James Realff, Andrea Mathias, Martin Logan, Katie Hunt, Christine Kessler-Robinson and Deena Blake are now senior associates.

Employment lawyer Vicky Schollar and charities expert Kirsteen Hook are now associates, and corporate lawyers, Mat Wilson and Gemma Spiceley, have been promoted to senior associate. Vikki Heard, court of protection manager, has been promoted to associate.

Seven other promotions were made in the litigation and dispute resolution team.
