A FAREHAM construction firm has started on a plush £8m house on the Sandbanks peninsula in Dorset.

Amiri Construction has started the ground works of the four-storey home, which will boast a sauna, media room and library, triple garage and double car port.

The five-bedroom new home, at 124 Panorama Road, was designed by another Fareham company, architects HGP and is due for completion in April 2012.
