A GOSPORT company is hoping to help other firms in the region be more efficient.
Fedden USP is launching its first Lean Academy, run on one day a month for a year, beginning on July 4.
It is being run in association with MIT Skills, and aims to train individuals within businesses to make changes and improvements to their firms in the long term.
Neil Fedden, principal consultant at Fedden-USP, said: ‘Businesses that want to excel in today’s competitive climate need to look at ways of improving their bottom line performance, lead times, productivity levels, customer service levels and workplace organisation.
‘But perhaps more importantly, how to sustain those improvements and continue to make changes that benefits the organisation, its people and its end-users/customers – this is where the Lean Academy can help.’
