Firms listed as top for growth

The 14th annual Sunday Times Top Track 250 league table ranked Britain's private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales. The table, sponsored by Grant Thornton and Lloyds Banking Group, was compiled by Fast Track. 

Ellen Walsh, partner at Grant Thornton, said: '˜The Top Track 250 are innovating, winning business and adapting to generate value. There's much to learn from them.' 

Innovation Group in Whiteley appeared at 97, with £258m sales, £8m profit and 3,419 staff, FatFace in Havant was 107 with £238m sales, £30m profit and 2,705 staff, and Colt in Waterlooville appeared at 153 with £181m, £7m profit and 1,060 staff.
