'˜The VW Breeze unit will be completed before next year and we expect to have the other warehouse building finished next spring.

'˜Dunsbury Park is becoming a vital asset and it will generate millions of pounds of income for council services and create thousands of local jobs so we're really pleased with how well the construction work is going.'

Dunsbury Park is already home to the global headquarters of international clothing brand Fat Face.

It is hoped that when fully occupied the site will create 5,000 jobs across its nine units '“ one is proposed as a hotel with the rest as a mix of offices and warehouses.
