SOLICITORS from Hampshire and West Sussex are being handed a life raft to negotiate the choppy waters of new legislation.
They have been invited to a breakfast workshop at the University of Portsmouth’s School of Law on July 3 from 8am to 10am.
The Practice Management and Compliance Forum is the second in a series of breakfast workshops in which solicitors can learn about new rules governing compliance, exchange ideas and discuss best practice.
Head of the School of Law Caroline Strevens said: ‘The workshops provide a much-needed forum for local solicitors to discuss areas of concern and best practice around law firm management and compliance.
‘We are also able to provide expertise to local practitioners through the provision of guest speakers.
