Barnardo’s opened the new store on The Green in Stubbington last April. Since then the charity has received more than 3,100 bags of clothing, accessories, homeware, books, toys and games.

Barnardo’s has also been supported by a group of volunteers who have contributed more than 3,380 hours to help with sorting the stock and serving the customers. The shop has grown from two to 10 volunteers over the past 12 months.
