THE south’s food and drink producers are being given the opportunity to get the skills to grow their business with the launch of a new training and support package.
The Routes to Market package, developed by The Centre of Excellence for Regional Food and Drink at Brinsbury and The Southern Co-operative, is intended to help both established and growing businesses.
They will be lifestyle, start-up or home-based firms that are working to supply the retail or hospitality industry.
It will initially offer training and support to businesses in Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Sussex.
