LeadStream saw huge success with its Halloween-themed party, which encouraged staff to dress up and enjoy Halloween treats.

The party featured a ‘Platform nine and three quarters’ inspired wall which staff could walk through, pumpkin cakes and wand fights using a Nintendo Switch.

Teams in the call centre were split into four houses and competed over the course of the day to win the house cup.

Games included Find the Golden Switch, Quidditch Pong and Pin the Scar on Harry Potter.

Operations manager Mike Parks said: ‘I love getting the team motivated with these fun tasks, the more enjoyable the job for the staff the better the service they provide for our customers.

‘We want our staff to have a good day, be productive and to go home feeling like they want to come back.

‘If we can throw some magic into the mix too it’s even better.’

The firm, based in Segensworth, has grown from having three staff members to over 50 in the last two years.

The company says it actively encourages fun in the workplace to create a positive mental outlook and make staff happier.
