THE public are being urged to have their say over the future of spending at Portsmouth City Council.
The authority has launched a consultation into how it should save £11m from its budget next year.
It comes as the government continues to cut back on the amount of money it’s giving councils to run services.
Portsmouth Tory deputy council leader Luke Stubbs has today warned the council faces a ‘massive problem’ trying to deliver what the public needs and wants.
