Hayling Island care home rated good by CQC

CARING relationships between staff and residents at a care home has seen it rated good by health watchdog the Care Quality Commission.

Wimborne, on Selsmore Road, on Hayling Island, was given the rating following an unannounced inspection in January. The report, published earlier this week, found:

n People experienced caring relationships with the staff that provided good interaction.

n People were safeguarded from harm.

n Staff monitored people’s health and well-being.

n The management promoted a positive culture that was open and inclusive.
