A RAFT of highway changes, new community facilities and a new school are to be discussed as plans for a huge new estate progress.

Councillors will meet next Thursday to try to formally agree with the developer the improvements needed as part of the 700-home development at Hazleton Farm, east of Horndean.

The changes include reconfiguring junction 2 of the A3(M), as well as new cycle routes through Horndean and Clanfield.
