Here are all the major roadworks on Hampshire roads next week

Highways England will be carrying out a series of roadworks across Hampshire in the coming days.

Repair work will be carried out on parts of the M27 and M3 

M27 junctions 3 to 4 Southampton, Hampshire: bridge reconstruction

Work to maintain journeys and ensure road user safety by replacing the Romsey Road bridge near junction 3 continues this week.

A 50mph speed restriction is in place on the M27 east and westbound carriageways beneath the bridge until summer 2019.

M27 junction 5 Eastleigh, Hampshire: signs

Work to keep road users informed by maintaining the signage at junction 5 takes place this week.

Lane closures will be in place on the roundabout and eastbound exit slip road overnight, between 9pm and 6am, from Tuesday 16 October for 2 nights.

M27 junction 11 Fareham, Hampshire: street lighting

Work to improve journeys by maintaining the street lighting around junction 11 finishes this week.

The westbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight, between 9pm and 6am, until Monday 15 October.

Clearly signed diversions will be in place via the adjacent suitable junctions.

M3 junctions 13 to 14 Eastleigh, Hampshire: lighting Work to ensure road user safety by maintaining the street lighting around the M3/M27 links starts this week.

Lane closures will be in place on the north and southbound links overnight, between 9pm and 6am, from Monday 15 October for 6 nights (Monday to Friday only).

A3 Petersfield, Hampshire: junction improvements

Work to ensure road user safety by improving the traffic signing, road markings and applying anti-skid material at the Steep Marsh junction takes place this week.

Lane 1 of the A3 northbound carriageway will be closed across the access into/out from Steep March overnight, between 10pm and 6am, from Monday 15 October for 4 nights.
