Hour-long delays from Portsmouth to London on A3
A CRASH that took place earlier this morning is having a major impact on commuters driving from Portsmouth to London.
The accident, which involved four vehicles, took place on the A3 in Guildford, creating reported delays of around 90 minutes and a tailback of seven miles on the A3, with heavy delays from other approaches.
All lanes have been reopened, but delays are expected to continue for some time.
