SHERRY and mince pies are on offer for people visiting a new retirement development in Waterlooville this month.

House builder McCarthy & Stone is offering the festive treats to anyone who wants to have a look at the new development at Victory Court up until December 20.

Anyone taking a tour will also walk away with a bottle of red wine and some Belgian chocolates and a thank you for dropping by.

Sharon Callcut, regional marketing manager, said: ‘With the new year looming, now is a great time to consider making a fresh start, so we’d urge anyone interested to come and join us for a Christmas tipple to find out more about Later Living with McCarthy & Stone.’

Facilities include a shared lounge, guest suite, laundry room and a lift.

A dedicated house manager ensures the smooth running of the development and a security entrance system plus 24-hour emergency call points to provide peace of mind.
