Housebuilder wins five star rating for 12th year
DEVELOPER McCarthy & Stone has achieved a five-star customer satisfaction rating for a record 12th consecutive year, in an independent survey by the Home Builders Federation.
The five stars are awarded when more than nine out of 10 customers would recommend a company to a friend.
McCarthy & Stone, which is behind retirement flats being built at Southsea, along South Parade, is the only housebuilder to achieve this award for 12 years running, which is every year since the awards began.
Julie Ward, marketing director, said: ‘This is a fantastic achievement.’
