Innovative fitness company run by Navy veteran gets praise from Havant MP
And that is what is offered by Havant Small Business Awards winner Innovations Fitness during its hugely-popular boot camps.
MP Alan Mak, who launched the Havant Small Business Awards earlier this year, was recently on hand to see one of the sessions, led by fitness guru George ‘Topsy’ Turner, at the Emsworth Recreation Ground.

Hide AdInnovations Fitness is proving a hit among people wanting to lose weight, or simply to maintain their fitness. It comes as park sessions are booming in popularity, with boot camps, such as the ones offered by Topsy, taking place all over the country.
Topsy uses his experience from 20 years in the Royal Navy, of which 15 years were spent as a physical training instructor, to help people achieve their fitness goals.
He says that, despite his military background, he maintains a friendly, approachable and passionate approach to fitness.
Those who attend his sessions are also offered dietary and nutritional advice to help them stay healthy.
