MONEY will be raised for a hospice through a karaoke night with a twist.

The Bandeoke Factor will take place at The Wedgewood Rooms in Southsea on Thursday.

The event, which costs £2 to enter, will raise money for The Rowans Hospice, which helps people with life-limiting illnesses.

The inaugural night will see a live band on stage – The Live Karaoke Band – who can perform nearly 250 songs.

Also, to celebrate their 10th anniversary in 2017, the band will be recording the show as part of their new promotional video.

The night has been sponsored by Professional Music Technology Portsmouth, The Old Blacksmith’s Studios and Skylark Golf and Country Club. Doors open at 7.30pm.
