Kitchen specialist from Gosport up for customer service award

Dream Doors is hoping to win in the Customer Focus category at the 2016 bfa HSBC Franchisor Of The Year Awards, to be held in Nottingham on June 23.

The British Franchise Association recognises the UK’s best operators in a range of categories, for their business growth and development, service excellence and ethical franchising practice.

The awards have been running for nearly 30 years, and recognise franchising at its best across the UK’s £15bn franchise sector.

Dream Doors has completed close to 50,000 projects and has grown to include 70 showrooms nationwide since its launch in 1999, it has also turned over in excess of £39m.

‘Delivering a first-class service is right at the very heart of our business,’ said Troy Tappenden, MD of Dream Doors.

‘We provide extensive training to all our franchisees, stressing the importance of good customer service.

‘Many of our customers are over 60 years old, and require a little extra reassurance, so we also look to protect anyone that is slightly more vulnerable and we always strive for the highest levels of customer service, right across our network.’
