Land Rover showroom in Portsmouth is up for auction
A LAND Rover showroom will go under the hammer with a guide price of £2.45m.
The Guy Salmon Land Rover showroom in Compass Road, Portsmouth is being sold as a property investment at auction next month.
The 15,370sq ft property is among lots at the Acuitus auction on October 13.
Auctioneer Richard Auterac said: ‘We think the size and quality of this investment will appeal to many of them.’
The business will be unaffected by the sale. Its annual rental income is £206,400.
