Law firm makes strategic appointment in solicitor

VERISONA law's Portsmouth-based office have strengthened its corporate team by hiring solicitor Grant Usher.

Newly-appointed Grant graduated with a first class honours in Law at Oxford Brookes and completed his masters at the University of Law in 2014.

Grant began his career at law firm Stevens & Bolton LLP where he was involved in the nine-figure sale of a European vehicle technology manufacturer. He went on to train at regional law firm ASB Law LLP and was instrumental in one of the firm’s largest ever deals, selling a national storage business to a US buyer. Grant has joined Verisona to take on new challenges and be closer to his family.

Grant said: ‘I wanted to be closer to the family I have in Portsmouth, I am delighted to be offered the opportunity to join such an ambitious and forward-thinking firm.’
