Law firm signs charter to promote good practice

LAW firm Coffin Mew has signed the Good Recruitment Charter, cementing its commitment to employing the finest legal talents.

The charter, an initiative launched by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), aims to encourage and promote good practice in recruitment and resourcing.

By signing it, Coffin Mew has reaffirmed its commitment to acting fairly and ethically in its recruitment processes, with focus on providing equal opportunities to all employees.

Steve Othen, head of HR at REC, said: ‘We are delighted that Coffin Mew has committed to the Good Recruitment Charter and become one of the first 200 employers to join the campaign.
