A LAWYER who opened her practice after undergoing a heart transplant in 2006 is set to release a book.

Karen Jackson, owner of didlaw in Petersfield, set up her business solely to help businesses deal with the issues of ill health and disability in the workplace.

She is now releasing the first book on the Post-Equality Act 2010, called Disability Discrimination: Law and Case Management.

Funding and support from Lloyds TSB has also helped her open a second office in London.
