Leaders learn from global firm

More than 20 people went on a masterclass, delivered by Ordnance Survey and Santander. The Santander Breakthrough Masterclass gave company directors and executives an opportunity to hear how OS handled its move to its Adanac Park building in Southampton.

It was a rare chance to hear senior employees at OS explain some of the lessons they learned as they develop the company.

The event – one of the Breakthrough series organised by Santander – was organised to provide an insight into what makes major organisations successful.

Andy Wright, regional director for Santander, said: ‘When we were looking for a high-profile organisation to host a masterclass, Ordnance Survey stood out.’
