Samantha Paterson, who has organised the event with Sarah-Jayne Andrew of Hants Events, said: ‘The fair will be lots of fun for everyone, and is open to families and pets.

‘We wanted to organise an event around the great British love for our pets and animals, but affordable for families to visit and enjoy. This year is set to be bigger and better and we look forward to the new fun dog show.

‘Adults and children can see and get close to miniature farm animals, alpacas, ponies, lizards, rabbits and even owls and raccoons, now that will put a smile on everyone’s face.’

There will also be a charity dog walk to raise funds for Canine Partners. Go to hampshirepetfair.co.uk for more.
