Med tech entrepreneurs pitch to raise vital funds

SIXTEEN entrepreneurs were given the platform to realise their ambitions by exhibiting and pitching for investment to develop their innovative ideas and push them out to a wider market.

The inaugural Med Tech Investment Showcase in London saw products such as prosthetic limbs and wearables for respiratory conditions displayed. Investors were looking for products that can save the NHS money.

Pitching at the event was Morgan Innovation & Technology, of Petersfield, which has created the MIDAS system: a glove that uses patented components to give multiple sensations to the limb.
