Work set to start on next stage of ‘congesting-busting’ bus transport scheme in Gosport

A SCALE model of a Flybe aeroplane is being made out of Lego.

Bright Bricks, the Lego building company is working with Hampshire Cultural Trust and Southampton Airport, to create Flybe’s iconic Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 aircraft.

More than 15,0000 bricks are expected to be used and the model is being made in the passenger terminal.The aeroplane model will be at 1:20 scale.

Neil Garwood, head of customer service, said: ‘Our passengers are bound to be fascinated by the live build and we are delighted to support and promote this wonderful attraction in our region.’
