Nearly half of Southern Rail workers take part in RMT strike
NEARLY half of all conductors and on board supervisors took part in the Southern Rail strike on Saturday.
In total, 45 per cent of workers took park in the strike which was organised by the RMT union.
Southern Rail said it ran 95 per cent of its train services for passengers.
