BUSINESSES in Hampshire are being invited to a networking session with a very historic – yet modern – twist.
The Hampshire Chamber of Commerce is hosting its event in Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard, and those taking part will have the chance to be among the first visitors allowed into the Mary Rose Museum, opening after a £35m construction.
The new museum will, for the first time, bring together all aspects of her story.
Guided tours will offer a view of her 16th century artefacts, many of which are on display for the first time.
The event takes place on Thursday, January 31, from 5pm until 7pm. To book a place, call 01329 242420.
