Kassia Lounge will open in Denmead and aims to bring the community together.

The new restaurant - which will be located where Fleurtations was before it closed earlier this year - will have more of an upmarket restaurant feel than the other branches, with a focus on traditional meals and exceptional table service.

It will have a cocktail menu with their popular drinks, as well as eventually bringing in live music for evening entertainment.

Owner Kaz Miah, who also runs several other Kassia branches around the city, says he wants to make the residents of Denmead a priority, giving the villagers first priority for jobs.

He said: ‘I want to keep it local. If anyone wants to come and work with me I will take them on as long as they have the right mindset and mentality.’

It will open around the end of October.
