AN accounting practice based in Fareham has appointed two new directors to its team.

Stuart Lawrance and Kerry Daly, previously client relationship managers for Compass Accountants with the organisation, joined the board of directors and will be tasked with moving the business forward and driving it into further expansion.

Stuart Lawrance joined the company after leaving college and has been a staff member for more than 27 years. He steps up to the role of finance director.

Kerry Daly, who has worked with Compass for five years, has also worked in the accountancy profession for her whole working career.

She will be responsible for internal staff, office compliance and continuing to manage her client portfolio.

Jeff Walton, a current director and founder of Compass said: ‘Kerry and Stuart are such assets to this organisation. Both of them have great commitment, passion and experience and are vital to the business and its ongoing success.’

The firms says the changes mark the beginning of a new period.
