New manager appointed to lead four-star hotel

A FOUR-STAR hotel has appointed a new manager.

George French has taken up the role of general manager at Solent Hotel and Spa in Fareham.

He was previously operations manager between 2015-2016 '“Â and is now returning to the hotel.

Mr French has worked in hospitality since 2008 at a number of hotels across the country. He said: '˜I am thrilled to be returning to Solent Hotel and Spa, this time as general manager.'

Chris Hill, fromÂ Â Daniel Thwaites Hotels, said: '˜George has gained invaluable experience at our other hotels.'
