A FAREHAM company is taking on the largest banking institutions of the UK, and has turned to the internet to win the battle.
The Fair Trade Practice claims management specialists have developed a new website to help thousands of customers who were mis-sold insurance on a loan or incurred unfair banking and credit charges to get their money back.
Despite the fact that the ruling was made several years ago to allow customers to receive a refund and compensation for the unjust charges, banks across the country continue to drag their feet.
Director Pete Sichel said: ‘These banks know that they should be paying customers back, but they continue to ignore the ruling and their customers’ complaints.
